EMMA MASON
PRINCIPAL TOWN PLANNER
Emma has over 13 years’ experience in statutory and strategic planning. Emma joined de Witt Consulting in 2011. Her responsibilities include preparing Development Applications, Statements of Environmental Effects and Reviews of Environmental Factors for a wide range of proposals including seniors housing, public health facilities, road and rail infrastructure, childcare centres, port-related development, commercial and residential development. Emma is also accredited to prepare Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design reports.
MATTHEW de WITT
SENIOR TOWN PLANNER
Matthew de Witt has over 14 years’ experience in strategic planning, development management, policy preparation, statutory planning and the management of planning and development delivery both pre and post development approval phase. Matthew initially joined dWC in 2005 and spent several years as a Strategic Planner with Port Stephens Council. Matthew also project manages planning and subdivision projects from inception through the statutory approval process including coordinating external specialists and liaising with Government and non-Government bodies. Matthew has a comprehensive understanding of Local and State Government planning and practice as well as development and delivery phase of the subdivision process.
MARINA BUDISAVLJEVIC
SENIOR TOWN PLANNER
Marina joined dWC in September 2019, bringing a unique multi-disciplinary skillset along with capabilities in complex problem-solving in a wide range of industries including property development, mining, resources, renewable energy and transport. In addition to planning, her capabilities include Geographic Information Systems, Landscape & Visual Impact Assessment, Community and Stakeholder Engagement and Concept & Master Planning. Marina is a Full Member of the Planning Institute of Australia and has a practical and comprehensive understanding of planning approvals having experience on projects across NSW, QLD, SA and internationally.
LIBERTY PANNOWITZ
SENIOR TOWN PLANNER
Liberty joined dWC in September 2019, bringing capabilities in a broad range of planning approvals and qualification in Business Management. Liberty’s experience in development planning and certification industries has ensured she is well versed in the processes for various types of approvals, consents and modifications for a variety of residential, commercial and industrial developments and subdivisions. These experiences enable her to provide a sound and diverse range of planning advice.
